Professional looking for a suitable room!

Hello everyone.

I am currently looking for a large single or double room for myself for 6 months to a year starting from the 15th of October. My max budget is £450.00 per consecutive month with the bills included.

A little about me: I'm 33 years old and a British Citizen. I work as a chef. I'm a very clean, tidy and respectful person so it's very important to me to share with like minded folk. I'm a non-smoker and I don't have any pets but I don't mind if you do. When I'm home I mostly keep to myself however I'm always up for a chat.

Overall Im a laid back guy who will pay his rent on time and look after the house I share.
