Description
Hi everyone,
Thanks for stopping by and reading my ad. This is the first time I've ever done this, so please bear with me and I'll do my best to give you a good idea about me, and what I'm looking for in particular.
I've been in London for about 13 years, originally from Dublin, Ireland. I'm typically Irish in the sense that I'm very friendly and chatty. But, I'm quite content doing my own thing and live a relatively quiet life. My "party days" are long gone, and I appreciate the simple things in life such as a road trip out to the countryside (Cotswolds) and discovering amazing little gems along the way.
I work for myself, and I enjoy the work that I do. I work most days, covering London and surrounding home counties, my job is NOT your work from home type of job.
I also spend time away regularly enough, working. There could be times where I'm away for a week working, typically a week away monthly. However, I'm trying to cut back on that as it's catching up on me now lol.
I'm very considerate and respectful of others, so understandably I'm looking for the same in return. I really don't have any interest in a party house with young people, that would be my idea of hell lol...!
A quiet peaceful, but friendly home is desired. I'm not just looking for a place to stay in, I'm looking for a house that really feels homely. A house that is looked after and loved by the occupants. A place that I can feel proud to live in and contribute to with (if necessary) my DIY skills :)
I love the countryside, but also being within reasonable commuting distance to London. Ideally, I'd like to share with no more than two other people. I'm also open to other areas close to the ones that I have mentioned.
I don't have any pets, but I do love animals and dogs particularly. So, more than happy if you have any furry little friends at the house :)
Parking is essential for me guys, I don't mind if a permit is required, once I can get one.
Ideally, I'm looking for something from March at around £500 pm (bills included). Especially, considering I'm away often for up to a week or more at a time.
It is subjective of course, depends on the property etc :)
If there's anything else you'd like to know about me, feel free to message me and I'll get back asap.
I'm looking forward to finding my new home, and hopefully you have just the home I'm looking for :)
Sorry about the long essay there, I just want to give you a good idea about me.
Cheers,
Jeff
