Professional looking for a room

Hi,
I am an apprentice looking for a place in Bristol to stay to be closer to my workplace. Currently, I am based in Bristol but my tenancy is ending soon, so I am looking for somewhere else to stay.

With my apprenticeship being in data, space for a desk would be appreciated (but is not a dealbreaker) as my job mainly involves working from home but I do go into the office sometimes. A parking space would also be nice too as I have a car.

In terms of interests, I am a big sports fan. I enjoy playing (or more relevantly attempting to play) golf and running.

I also enjoy watching a range of sports including being a football fan, watching F1 and being a newly suffering NFL and baseball fan.

Ideally, I would prefer to buddy up or join an existing house share with other apprentices, young professionals or students and have a budget of £700. Willing to increase that if bills are included.
