Description
A little about myself
- A qualified swimming and paddlesports instructor with a number of years in the education and outdoors sector across several roles, working with and supporting SEND children and young people.
- 33 year old male, hard working, quiet in general but very friendly and with a good sense of humour.
- Fan of the outdoors, running, reading, watersports, baking, rugby, naps, 90's - 00's music, and am very easily distracted by cats.
- A very tidy individual, respectful of others property, belongings and space. Someone who likes to actively contribute to earning my keep - helping out with the cleaning, laundry, washing, taking the rubbish out, cooking dinner, picking up shopping etc.
- Looking to move in from September onwards depending on what employment can be secured. Monthly budget for rent potentially between £500/£550 depending on above.
- Do not drive sadly (though I do hold a valid powerboat license of all things) so finding a place with a reasonable commute to work and conveniences on-foot and with good/regular buses nearby for escapes further afield now and then would be great.
- A single or double bed in a quiet-ish area and general homey like household with other professionals who share similar interests, are friendly, welcoming, happy to chat now and then, and contribute to maintaining a tidy and clean home, would be ideal. Cats are a definite bonus!
If you have a room available for a 6-12 months stay please ping me a message :)
