Hi! This is Tanushree. I am joining the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I am 29 and from India.

I have a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Miranda House, University of Delhi, India and an MA in Development from Azim Premji University, India. I have worked in the spaces of women and child rights, sexual health, gender, and climate action.

I am also a theatre maker cum educator and an actor (that's the profession I want to build my career in). I have been doing films and theatre in India.

I sometimes wish I could identify as a cat though. LOL.

I am entertaining and friendly but I also love my space. I am a history enthusiast. I enjoy doing everything new, I believe there is always so much to learn and in the idea of "Never say Never". I am into all things art, culture and food.

I am well-versed in most cuisines across the globe. I enjoy cooking Indian, Asian, Italian and a decent English breakfast.
I enjoy cooking and hosting people (I like to call them low-key get-together).

As a housemate, I like to keep common spaces tidy and organised, and common utilities clean. I believe in sharing house responsibilities equally. I am open to any form of strategy.

I am respectful of other people's religious/ spiritual beliefs.

So this is about me. I am in dire need of a loving, understanding space where I can feel safe to build friendships and be in my cocoon as and when.
