Student with Industrial Placement

I am a student and will be undertaking an upcoming Computer Science industrial placement, starting this July. Given the proximity of my university, I am open to both short-term and long-term arrangements.
I am tidy in the kitchen, respectful, and want to focus on my placement, so I’m looking for a convenient place to stay.
My last rental experiences were with Aberdeen City Council and the University of Stirling’s accommodation services, and I’d be happy to provide references if needed.
