Hi, I've just moved to Manchester and I'm looking at housing. Looking to buddy up. Looking at a housing with just two beds and ensuite bathroom in a modern flat, Preferably a flat that is:
- Bills Inclusive,
- Resident Gym
- Co-Working Space,
- 24hr Security,
-Secure Parcel Storage,
- High Speed Wifi.

If there's an affordable studio, or One bed, that would be great, as I'm not looking to live with more than a person.

I'm calm, quite, fun, really clean, love me some me time but also love socializing. I go to the gym, Run, Bake, Sing, Make Art. You won't know I'm home half the time, unless when necessary, as I'll be working. So I'm looking for someone who is clean , calm, respectful, really fun and wouldn't mind being friends.
