Single professional looking for flat

Hi.
Looking for a flat or similar accommodation for one single person for approximately one year minimum. Driver, so I can commute within reason if the property is in the outskirts of the areas that have been shortlisted.
Leaving my current house where I've lived for twelve years never failing to pay my standing order. Excellent credit score, no pets, no smoker, very clean and tidy and primarily dedicated to music composition and other quiet house-friendly hobbies. Resident under settled status. References for former tenancies, employers and proofs of income available upon request.
