2 Bed House Or 2X Double Bedrooms

@ PLEASE READ FIRST !!

Me and my partner, we’re looking to rent a whole 2 BED PROPERTY/ FLAT or 2 separate rooms in a small household (max 2 other tenants/ live in landlord)

We tend to be away often, travelling for few months during the winter season.

When we’re back home, we use every opportunity to be outdoors in nature. Also, my partner is a huge fishing enthusiast so his rarely around home at summertime.

Big PLUS, if the property is located near water, forest or a nature reserve. I don’t mind bit more rural locations.

A big NO is noise nuisance ! We’re considering a house share with a respectful adult(s) like us, but I do need my privacy and a noise nuisance is a big no.

OUR BUDGET:
(depending of course on the location and the property)

£1200 - 1600 for 2 BED HOUSE / FLAT
£600 - 950 for DOUBLE BEDROOM

Property MUST HAVES:

- garden or garden access
- bathroom with a bathtub

We also need to give min of 4 weeks notice in advance to our current landlords.

References and affordability check can be provided upon request.
