looking for Letchworth/Hitchin/Baldock ONLY areas. I have a 3.5 day work week and one weekend a month but will be staying weekends in London when I do not work.
I do not drive so I am looking for places with walking distances to stations and bus stops.

Friendly, sociable, ok with flatmates having friends over. Love cooking and recently started going to the gym.
Will not be much of a bother as I will have 10 hour work days and will often spend weekends visiting family and friends.
Very VERY pet friendly :) four legged friends are always welcome!

Warm and cosy space with open and friendly flatmates.
Ideally, double room with ensuite, ideally with a bed already. Would like a key to my bedroom door. Would prefer laminate/wooden floors, not carpet.
