Buddy Up/Double Room-Central Manchester or Salford

Looking for a double room or a buddy up.
Ideally a 2 bed flat in Ancoats/New Islington, Northern Quarter or more towards Salford in a nice area or a flat complex.

I’d like to have a clean, friendly flat, where we can be social with each other but also respect each other’s alone time.

I will be working at City Tower as a consultant (I promise I'm not a finance bro) a few days a week, with the occasional WFH.

I generally spend my time going to the gym/playing a sport/trying a new activity, reading, cooking nice meals from around the world, exploring the music scene of the city, watching a movie or travelling!

My budget is around £800-£900 total including bills.

I would like an en-suite and space for a desk for when WFH.
Safety is also very important, so would prefer a flat in a complex but flexible:)
