I’m currently based in London and looking for a clean and cosy place to live from late January. Ideally, I’m looking for an ensuite room or a friendly house share in Zones 2–3, within a 10–15 minute walk to a station. I’m happy to start with a 6-month tenancy and stay longer if it’s a good fit.
A bit about me: I’m a quiet and tidy person, recently graduated and currently on a UK Graduate Visa. I value a calm and respectful home, and I always try to keep shared areas clean and comfortable for everyone. I also appreciate open and considerate communication among housemates.
My budget is up to £800 per month including bills. I’d prefer a place with a proper kitchen (oven and microwave), and ideally all-female flatmates, or at least two bathrooms.
