Occasional city stays

Hello, I’m a professional working on climate change and regularly in the city for between 1 and 4 nights a month. I’m looking to be an occasional housemate in a friendly city home within easy commuting distance (15 mins) of Moorgate / Liverpool Street. My preference is to stay in an established home with other professionals in a peaceful setting.

I’m typically home late in the evening and out promptly in the morning but appreciate a clean and cosy shared space in between, to get a cup of tea and exchange a few words about the day. A peaceful bedroom where I can sleep with the window open is a must. Being able to leave a few personal belongings (a few toiletries and my PJs) is also appreciated.

I’ve had lodgers in my own home and have lodged full time and occasionally before (references available) so am accustomed to sharing space. You can rely on me to be clean, tidy, security conscious and respectful of your possessions, space and privacy. You’ll also find me friendly, open-minded and glad to hear about what’s of interest to you.

Of interest to me… I’m in the outdoors a lot, like to cook, am working on my horticultural and Italian language skills.

Due to international travel my city schedule can be irregular so I’d ideally be looking for an arrangement on a ‘per night’ basis cost wise, but am open to discussing the options and finding what works for everyone.
