I'm looking for a room to rent from April in Nottingham.
I would prefer a short term stay to begin with (3 months) which may be extended to 6 months.
As a housemate/lodger, I am very clean and considerate; mostly preferring my own space and privacy. Would be happy to provide references.
Also, I would prefer to share a home with housemates who are very clean, considerate of noise levels and who don't cook strong-smelling foods especially in the evenings.
