Hi... I am looking to rent a place

Hi,,
For the owners : I am searching for a place to rent close to city centre or around . I will shortly moving to Portsmouth in 6th October. Moreover, I am an international student. I will be glad if you can make an internet reservation for a room, studio or flat. The maximum payment per a month is 550. I could pay the deposit before arriving and that will consider a reservation.

* If you are a (student-female) and want to share with me a new property and separate the rent a place between us (1000 £ each :500 £) . Kindly text me and we will find together a nice flat with 2 bedroom.
My condition: couples not allowed and the minimum of stay : 1 years- tidy girl

* If you are a already student and looking for someone to share with you for 2 years only kindly contact me. but the payment will be after arriving and the bills should be included. And that because you are not the owner and the risk with you to rent a room with you is higher then the owner. I hope you take my precautions into consideration.
