My name is Umair, and along with my friend Jad, we’re two working professionals currently living in London and looking for a friendly flatshare to call home.

A bit about us:

Jad works as a restaurant manager in central London, and I work in IT.

We have been living in London for over 2.5 years, so we’re familiar with the city and its pace.

We’re tidy, respectful, and easy-going tenants who treat the home with care.

We enjoy exploring new restaurants, travelling, relaxing at home, and appreciate a clean, quiet living environment.

What we’re looking for:

One double room in a flatshare, ideally in one of these areas:

West London: Kensington & Notting Hill, Paddington & St. Johns Wood, Acton, Chiswick & Hammersmith

North London: Camden & Holloway

North West London: Hampstead & Highgate, Willesden & Kilburn

Central London: Zone 1, Zone 2 - North of the River, Zone 2 - South of the River

A well-kept, friendly home with good transport links and preferably some green space nearby

Flatmates who are easy-going and respectful — all genders welcome

Move-in: First week of September
Budget: Around £1200/month, flexible
