Hi there! I’m currently working at UWE University

Hi there! I’m a 28-year-old professional currently working at UWE. I’m looking for a place to call home and ideally would like an en-suite room.

I’m also open to a 2 bed 1 bath property, as a friend of mine may consider renting together with me, or even a small apartment if available.

I’m hoping to move in April and would be happy to stay at least until the end of this year.

I have a very regular work schedule and tend to be quite busy during the week, so I’m not at home very often. I’m also quite outgoing, but when I’m at home I really value a clean, tidy and comfortable living environment.

I’m very clean and respectful of shared spaces, and I don’t smoke and don’t have any pets.
