Final-year PhD student (28M) looking for a room

Hello, I'm Ayush (28M), and I'm in the final year of my PhD. I'm looking for a room for the next academic year. My budget is around £700pcm, but apart from that I'm not too fussy: single or double is fine, and I'm happy to share with people of any age and gender. I'm able to move into a new place at any point from now.

I'm friendly, tidy, easy-going, and considerate, and I'm always happy to do my fair share of chores and housework. My hobbies include football, tennis, and board/video games, but I'm also generally pretty happy to try new things!
