Relaxed, but tidy housemates wanted

Hello – ideally I would like to live in a fairly relaxed but tidy household. I am in my 50s myself but I really enjoy the company of younger people. I have four adult children who all live independently in Wales however, I would expect them to come and visit from time to time and I would like them to feel welcome. Apart from that, I expect to be pretty busy between my work which is at the Steiner school in Fulbourn and my part-time studies in Nutritional therapy which will usually involve one weekend a month in London.
