2 Professionals looking for new home & buddy ups

Hi

I'm currently on the lookout for a shared home/flat for me and my friend (28M and 30F). Ideally, we're looking for a 3 or 4 bed home anywhere in London with good transport connections, and with people who are easy going and get along with each other.

Also open to buddying with potential roomies if the vibe is there :)

About us:
I work as a senior analyst in Hammersmith and I'm a laid back, tidy housemate who's been flat sharing for approx 5 years now. I enjoy cooking, reading, gym/tennis and I try to be clean and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally would like to live in a home with other working professionals who have good rapport and are friendly with each other.

My friend (30F) works in credit/finance and has similar interests to me. We currently live together, but are looking for new accommodation as our current place has become too crowded

I also work from home 3-4 days a week.

My budget is a maximum of 1050 per month and we're looking to move into someplace new in September, early October.
