Looking for a double room in a sociable house!

Hey! I'm Addie, I'm 27 and looking for a double room ideally in South West, but am open to other areas. I'm from Australia but have been living overseas for the last 3 years.

I'm open to both sublets and lease signs, but as I'm looking to settle the sublet would have to be 4 months+. My move in date is March 1st.

I'm keen to live in a sociable house where we can be friends as well as flatmates, so a shared living room would be great. I have had great success finding some awesome friendships through spareroom, so am looking to continue the trend! I'm always down for a trip to the pub and enjoy an occasional night, but also happy with a chill night in, weekend adventures and trying new cafes/ restaurants.

My budget is £1000 pcm including bills, but I could be flexible for the right place.
