Looking for a social house/buddy up

Hello, I'm moving to Cambridge from Sheffield for an engineering role. I am an easy going guy and like keeping myself busy, mainly with sports. I'll play/watch pretty much anything. I also do a bit of Latin dancing. Prone to pub quiz now and then. Keen to try new things that Cambridge has to offer. Also appreciate a good balance with downtime.

I am clean and tidy, definitely well above average for a guy. I have renovated my own place from scratch before, so I appreciate the effort that goes into making and maintaining a nice place. Back in the renting scene mainly cause Sheffield is significantly cheaper than Cambridge, but as I am completely new to the area, I also like the idea of living with like minded people. Whether that’s trying out new activities together or just hanging out cooking/watching series.

Looking for either a room or buddy up, Ideally, looking on the south side of the City to make the commute slightly easier. But not a showstopper.

Flexible with start date between November & January.
