One house-trained housemate seeking house

Hello!

Ideal house:
I'm looking for a room with either an ensuite, or a bathroom that's shared with a reasonable number of people. (Not 34, for example. That's too many people). I like my own space but I also like people to say hi to and perhaps even occasionally share a meal / cup of tea with. A cursory nod is a bare minimum.

My skills / attributes:
I have learned to flush the toilet after myself and I always turn the lights off after leaving a room. Bonus skill: I can open any jar.

My annoying habits:
I will occasionally want to burst into song or play the violin. If you tell me what time you would definitely NOT welcome this, I will try and avoid such times (e. g. 5am on a Sunday morning).
