Double room wanted

My name's Josh; I'm 30, work in marketing and I'm looking for a new place. I'm very clean and tidy and like to treat any place I live with respect. I'm sociable but really value my own time. I want a double room and I also need room for a desk.

I'm really into music, movies and video games and going to the gym a couple times a week. I'm very quiet and respectful of other people when in the house, so no worry about loud noises from me. I like to spend my weekends socialising, travelling north to see my family, or occasionally just doing nothing! I usually work from home Mondays and Fridays and I'm in the office the other days.
