Looking for a room from October :)

Hey!
I'm looking for a room from preferably early October! Not too fussy about the size of the room but would be nice to find somewhere furnished with at the very least a bed and mattress. My budget is around £700 including bills.

I'd really love a flat/houseshare that's quite social rather than just keeping to ourselves all the time :)

Ideally looking somewhere within like a 10-20 minute drive into the city centre, or up to about 40 minutes by public transport.

A little bit about me, I'm 27 and recently moved to Manchester from Australia! I'm currently working as a cocktail bartender full time in the Gay Village and enjoying starting to explore the city.
I love going out to the theatre and really shows of all kinds, travelling and exploring new places and with my new job I'm starting to get into cocktail making a bit more. I'd be more than happy to share some of these creations with my future housemates!
