30, Full-time Employed, Seeking Room to rent

Hi,
My name is Stephen, I am a 30 year old male. I work full time as a Resedential Childcare Support Worker. I have worked caring for children for the last 6 years. I also have an 11 week old child however he currently lives with his mother and I see him on the weekends at his mothers house. I would not bring the baby to the room if I were to be accepted as I always see him at his mothers house.
The reason I require the room is I have just come out of a relationship and now have no home. I have lived in shared housing before and have also shared housing with friends so I am completely up to date with all rules and regulations regrding what I can and cannot do within your home.

I do not smoke, I do not drink alcohol and I do not take any drugs. I very much enjoy cooking and attending the gym in my spare time.
I do hope to hear back from you and would also be very open to meeting beforehand or speaking on the phone just so you can get a feel if I am the right tenant for you.
