Buddy up / Room needed - End of Nov / Start of Dec

My current flatmate has decided to move in with a friend so I’m needing to find a place by the end of May.

A little bit about myself - I’m currently a civil servant working in Tax Policy and would describe myself as clean, friendly, and pretty outgoing. I’ve lived with both male and female flatmates before and get along well in shared spaces. I’m sociable but always respectful of people’s privacy and downtime.

I’m very easygoing, polite, clean, and friendly - I also value respecting others’ boundaries and personal time.

I enjoy the odd pint, but these days I tend to prefer chill, productive weekends. I like to keep active — usually at the gym or swimming. Other hobbies include football, golf, snooker, and pool. I also collect vinyl.

Keen to stay in the Southside - ideally Shawlands, Battlefield, Cathcart, Strathbungo. But I’m also open to the west end of the flats nice.
