Hope to find a place, I may truly call my home

Dear, I hope to be, my new landlord/landlady,

I am looking to move, so I may be closer to my best friend and goddaughter. I am looking ideally for a 1-2 bedroom flat, bungalow or house. As long as I am close to a train station ~ any location shall work just as well for me. If your preferred rent is slightly more than I am hoping for, please reach out and allow me to consider.

I wished to tell you a little about myself, I am 38 years of age, I was raised in Windsor and therefore raised to be incredibly respectful, kind and compassionate to the people in my life and of course clean, tidy and professional.

I certainly am not someone, whom would disturb my neighbours. I would make absolute sure that my new home, always looks as beautiful as it did when I moved in, as I am incredibly organised and prefer everything to be clean and in its place.

I am also half Greek, so although I do have a very focused, devout English side, my Greek side is relaxed, incredibly considerate, conscientious, loving and caring.

I always spend every waking moment, ensuring the people around me are happy, safe and supported, so my new home would most certainly feel warm and inviting. As I wish to find a property, that I may be lucky enough to create into my home.

There is one additional thing that I would like to mention, a few years ago, I was involved in a terrible accident. Which sadly, well for the time being at least, left me with limitations on movement. I can walk, though must do so using crutches.

Though due to this, I am in receipt of a Government Disability Income, which absolutely, is not state benefits or house benefits. So this shall give you a guarantee of monthly rental payments ~ I hope that this gives you a clear impression, of the type of person, that I am.
