Professional looking for housemate or double room

Hey there! I’m Jess, I’m 23 originally from Preston. I love animals, cooking and reading. I’m a very friendly and approachable person, I can chat to anyone so there’ll never be a dull moment! I’ve stayed in 3 shared houses from the age of 19 so very used to how they work and have been a very good tenant and paid rent on time. Looking for a location around Sefton park/lark lane. L17 and near there.

I’m looking for a room in a really friendly and sociable house or someone to find a flat/house with and be friends-not just housemates. As I’m new to Liverpool, I’d like to meet new people, with similar interests, see new things and trying new things! I also value my own space, not always wanting to socialise. I work from home 2/3 days a week so a good sized space to work would be great. I do have a car so parking is needed but I am questioning selling my car.
