Looking for ensuite

Looking for ensuite room fairly well connected to central London. Musts are safe area (near tube or bus stop if coming back late), gets daylight and with a reasonable amount of space (I mostly wfh so will need to fit a desk). Also have a washing machine / drier (I only ever had communal building ones and I cannot wait to do laundry in my pjs!!)

Currently based near Highbury/Stokey - open to most areas in London, would love some greenery nearby!

Not musts but wouldn't mind: not overly fond of ground floors but if it's a quiet safe area or it's at the back of the house it might work. Kudos if the house has extra storage space for empty suitcases/boxes etc

Dream-land: if my ensuite had a bath tub! :D (very unlikely on this budget)

Flat mates would preferably be professionals, don't mind if office or wfh if it's a relatively chill "computer" job (if you're a singer/musician or any other profession that requires you to practice a lot it might not be a great fit, however I do not need the house to be completely silent, if someone is watching a show or having a chat etc during 9-5 that's absolutely fine, my job is fairly chill)

Living with me: as mentioned I wfh 4/5 days and I am fairly stay at home chill person, but I like going for daily walks (you're welcome to join) and going to the gym a few times a week. I like watching shows/movies, having a cuppa and reading books. I might be italian but I'm an awful cook and have a few 'issues' around food, so probably won't be the best around the kitchen and my food choices might make you cry! (sorry!) But always down for breakfast food or coffee/tea&pastries. I very very rarely have people over tbh but you're welcome to. I see my room as a bit of sanctuary away from the chaos of busy London. I like keeping things tidy & clean and sometimes I have a little cleaning frenzy, particularly Saturday morning post-gym/post-coffee :) I work in the music industry so might be out some nights at gigs or picking up the odd extra shift here and there.
