Friendly, mature house share wanted

A bit about me: I'm 39, easy going, respectful, considerate and tidy. Have worked in childcare my whole career and about to retrain as a personal trainer. Love cooking (mostly veggie/pesci but am not strictly veggie, just prefer it). I keep myself pretty busy in the day and in my spare time am either walking with a good podcast, seeing friends and I go to as many live comedy gigs as possible when they're gooduns. Non smoker, non drinker but ok if others do. I can be very chatty but also / like a bit of time to myself. I'm more of a morning person than a night owl. Am pretty active in the day so have usually worn myself out by early evening and like to flop in front of a film or TV.

I'm looking for somewhere to call home for either a few months or longer term somewhere relaxed/not hectic and not a party house. Ideally housemates would be a bit of a laugh, considerate, respectful of each other's personal space, tidy but not spontaneously combust if a jumper is left on the sofa!
