Looking for a room end of July/Aug

Hello! I’m Zoe, and I’m looking to buddy up or find a spare room to rent at the end of July!

I’m looking to move in at the end of July (but am flexible and can go till mid Aug), and have a budget of around £750-900 including bills and furnished rooms- I am willing to stretch it up to 1000 for the right place. I’m happy to have the smallest room of the flat for a lower cost (as long as it has a desk because I’ll be WFH 3/4 days a week). Ideally I’d like to live in a modern Zone 2 home in either:
📍 Dalston, Hackney, Hoxton, Bethnal Green, Islington, Shoreditch
📍 & my second few options in SW: Clapham, Stockwell, Pimlico, Tower Bridge, Elephant and Castle etc.
Areas within zone 2 with good transport links to Farringdon would be great!

A little about me: I’m 23, from Hong Kong, half Singaporean and I graduated from the University of Bristol back in 2024. I’m starting a new marketing job mid July and in my free time I love going out and trying new bakeries, knitting and a pub night out. I equally love quiet cosy evenings in to recharge. I’m easygoing, social, and clean + respectful of living with others, having shared spaces with groups of friends for the last five years. I would love to live in a flat with other professionals similar in age if possible.
