Two rooms in a house/ flat share

We are Shannon and Kaitlin and we are looking for two rooms in a house or flat share, within the Manchester area and surrounds. We are both working professionals; Kaitlin in conservation and hospitality and myself in conservation and veterinary medicine. We also both have the right to live and work in the UK.

We are looking to live somewhere with a live out landlord and are open to sharing with other flatmates or live by ourselves. We are flexible with our ideal flatmates as we are social girls but happy in our own space too. The house/ flat share would also need to be furnished and the landlord happy with a short term stay of 4 months.

Potential flatmates should expect two easy going and friendly females. We generally spend most nights in and would be very respectful of our flatmates and their current routines.

In our downtime we both enjoy exploring the outdoors, whether that be camping or hiking and sitting down with a good book but generally spend majority of our time working. We would both love to give any prospective landlords any further information you may be looking for to determine if we are a good fit for your property, as well as provide you with our references.
