Looking For A Friendly Set Of Housemates To Join

Hi my name is Alice,
I’ve just moved to Bristol for a new job and im looking for somewhere to live!

A little bit about me. I am originally from the UK but grew up all over Eastern and Southern Africa and then finished high school in Brussels. I did an undergrad in politics and international relations at University of York and then a masters in Cirencester in sustainable agriculture and food security. I then took a year off and went travelling around India, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. I really like travelling and ideally want to do some more exploring around the south west on the weekends when I can.

I am currently working in an international development consultancy and so will be travelling a bit but will be around in Bristol most of the time. I’d really like flat mates I can move in with who are down for having nice chats, catching up with after work, having a laugh and doing some social things when we all have time. I would describe myself as an introvert disguised as an extrovert, so I’m very social and chatty and love being around but also need time to recharge. I mostly work from the office but would be working from home at least once a week so nothing too crazy and I would most likely be doing this in my room so wouldn’t be bothering anyone.

I am very tidy and into cooking, trying to slowly make more and more things from scratch so would ideally love some flat mates who would like to be guinea pigs when it comes to trying new bread recipes, cordials and anything I can make in free time if Im not too tired from work! Im not one for hosting parties and lots of things like that but would love to occasionally host some friends around for dinner and would of course invite anyone in the house around to join! Totally alright with other people hosting the occasional house party, but definitely would not be as interested if this is the kind of thing that would be done every weekend!
