Looking for Accommodation

Hey, I’m Stefan. I graduated from the University of Surrey a couple of years ago and now work as a data scientist at an international consulting company in the City of London. I’m looking for an accommodation in a shared household—either joining an existing one or teaming up with one or two others to rent a place together.

I’m friendly and laid-back, happy to either unwind or socialize in the evenings, depending on the vibe. I keep things tidy and always aim to be considerate of others. Having lived in shared housing before, I understand the importance of contributing to a well-maintained and harmonious home. I’m into sports, music, and films, and I also enjoy socialising and cooking with friends. In my free time, I love watching movies, going to the gym or swimming, running, playing football, basketball, or touch rugby, walking, reading, meeting friends, or attending concerts and musicals and travelling.

As for living space, my ideal home would have:

• A spacious room for occasional work-from-home (or a small separate room to use as an office).
• A comfortable living room with space to relax and unwind.
• A dining area that can comfortably seat a few friends.
• A bathroom with a bathtub.
• Walking distance to a train station/ tube.
• If it’s a house, a well-maintained garden would be a bonus.
