I moved to Edinburgh earlier this year and am looking for a more permanent home. Flexible with move in dates but ideally would like to be settled by January. I am 33, work in social policy and am in the office a few days a week.
I would like to find a peaceful but sociable flat - I'm friendly and love a chat over a cuppa or glass of wine and would love to live somewhere homely where people want to hang out and sometimes cook/eat together/host the odd gathering etc. I am very independent and appreciate my and others' space and time alone but I'm a community-minded person and love it when people are around.
Outside of work I love hiking, running, general outdoor adventures and antics, going to gigs, singing (I'm in a few choirs), cooking and baking, trying some of the many bars/restaurants on my Edi list and dusting off mixology skills I learnt in NZ last year. Into a board game, a good film/series, theatre... I come with house plants, lots of books, a dusty guitar and a record player.
