Looking for a Long-Term Home (Zones 1-2, London, W2, W1, W11, NW1, W9)

Hello! I’m looking to settle into a long-term home in London, ideally a studio or shared home with 1-3 friendly roommates. Here’s a bit about me and what I’m hoping to find:

About Me:
I’m friendly, clean, and organized, and I enjoy both social time and recharging in my own space. I don’t smoke or drink, don’t have pets, and I work in a fast-paced industry, spending most of my workdays at the office. When I’m home, I enjoy cooking homemade meals and unwinding in a cozy, welcoming environment. I’m passionate about Latin dancing, especially Bachata, and in my free time, I also do some creative work. At home, I often listen to podcasts and audiobooks to recharge from other activities. I’m a friendly person and, from time to time, I enjoy having great conversations and relaxed time with my roommates. I’d love to build a friendly, respectful relationship with the people I share a home with.

What I’m Looking For:
A comfortable, spacious room with natural light is key—ideally with enough space for a desk to work from home occasionally. An en-suite would be great, but I’m happy to share a bathroom if it's well-maintained. A shared living area would be a plus, though it’s not essential. I’m looking to stay in Zones 1 or 2, preferably in W2, W1, W11, NW1, or W9 postcodes—Paddington, Bayswater, Lancaster Gate, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Maida Vale, or Edgware Road are all ideal. My maximum budget is around £1,100 per month (bills included), though I’d consider something unique if it’s a perfect fit.

I’m hoping to move in by December 2024 or January 2025 but can be flexible if needed to find the ideal match.
