Looking for a room in/around London

Hi, I’m Simon!

I’m a 36-year-old internal communications manager. Currently living in Cardiff but recently got a job in London so I’m on the lookout for a room in or around the city. I’m on a hybrid working arrangement - min 3 days a week in the office but can work from the office all week if necessary. I’m hoping to find a sociable, LGBT+ friendly home with good connections to central and west London.

I’m easy-going, friendly, and clean. I love cooking and eating out (so living with people that enjoy good food would be a plus!), and go to the gym or spend a fair amount of time looking for the next great coffee shop. In my downtime, I enjoy spending time on my PS5 (fortnite mostly, for my sins) and catching up with friends around the city.

I have a 4-year-old black cat, Ariel. She’s a confident little missy, very friendly and loves attention. Ideally, I’m looking for a place that would welcome both of us. However, moving to London for work is a priority as the commute is killing me, so I’m open to different options, but I really don’t want to have to give her up if possible.

While I enjoy being social and catching up with housemates, I also value my personal time and respect others' space. A tidy and clean environment is what’s most important to me.
