28 year old lad looking for a room!

Hello!
I am seeking a double room in the Kingston/New Malden/Surbiton/Teddington areas.

My desired amenities are a washing machine, decent sized kitchen with hob space, an oven and microwave (I love to cook!), a small patio or other private outdoor space, bathroom with a shower, a shared living room, and also space in the room for a computer desk.

About me; I work full-time for an independent clothing retailer in Kingston town centre with aspirations to move into a managerial role.

I am a big gamer, mostly on PC but I do also own an Xbox I could hook up in the shared living space so we can play together! I love too cook, I regularly cook evening meals currently and love trying new cuisines, with a particular interest in Japanese and Chinese cooking. I enjoy the occasional outing to pubs and bars, and I also enjoy going to the cinema once or twice a month. I also love animals, and currently live with a lovely Shih Tzu and a lazy but lovable big black furry cat!

Who I would like to live with; Ideally I would like to like with individuals in a similar age range to myself, and people who have similar interests to me although this is a fluid requirement. I would like to live with people who are clean and respectful of the spaces we would share, and those who would be open to the idea of a cleaning rota. Other than that I'm fairly open to people I'd like to love with!

What to expect living with me; I am very clean and tidy, and like to keep my space neat and organised, I hate clutter! I am sociable and do enjoy chatting and casual conversation about a variety of topics, in the evenings if at home I am quiet and keep to myself although do enjoy group movie nights and game nights!
