Mature Professional looking for a studio/annex

I'm a 40 Year old female Professional looking for a peaceful studio/annex or 1 bedroom flat to rent, as I need to move on from my current rental (flat share).
I'd be open to a flat share aswell.

I'm a friendly person, happy have a chat whilst making a cupper, but a little past having late night socials, especially during the week.

I have rented for over 15 years and have never defaulted on a payments. Happy to provide further information, as required.

I do have a couple of friendly outdoor cats. They are siblings and enjoy being out, sleeping and receiving affection. It would break my heart to give them up ,so if there are any animal lovers out there , please do get in touch.
