Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a professional female aged 49. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 01/03/2026 and have a maximum budget of £750pcm (all bills included).
I'm quiet and discreet but warm and sociable too.
I work Monday to Friday : 3 days a week as a counsellor, and 2 days a week as a senior support worker. I tend to have quiet evenings, especially during the week.
My current landlady has to downgrade (elderly), and that's the reason I have to leave soon.
I feel like I shouldn't have to say this at my age but I tidy and clean after myself, always! I like to take care of a home and I'm very adaptable.
Also, I'm French, if that's at all exotic to you.
