Me and my mom are looking for a place to live. We are 2 professional females aged 31 and 57. We want a place to live located in CB1, CB2, CB3, CB4, or CB5. I'm a hospital cleaner and my mom is a healthcare assistant at a care home. I earn around 1500 pounds and work 37 hours a week and my mom earns around 1850 pounds a month and works 33 or 44 hours a week. We are looking for a double room preferably with en-suite that we can pay for 1200 pounds or less a month or a flat or studio under 1600 pounds or less a month or 2 separate rooms that are 700 pounds or less a month. We are both quiet, calm, and clean. We want a property that is not for parties and is peaceful. We are available to move from 25/11/2024. We would like to share with males or females of any age.
