We are two male students (aged 24-25) moving to Salford in December to study at the University of Salford. We are looking for 1 fully furnished double room that meets the following criteria:

Requirements:
• Fully furnished double room suitable for two people
• All bills included (electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• No security deposit
• Located in M8, M12, M13, M14, M19, or nearby areas
• Available from 15 December
• Budget: £550-£575 per month (including all bills)
• Minimum rental term: 3 months
• Maximum rental term: 6 months (can be discussed for a longer stay)
