I am a PhD researcher working in Florence, Italy. Here for a short stay at the University of Edinburgh (until mid- or end of December). The closer the place is to UoE the better. Looking for a single or double room asap for a maximum budget of 750 pounds pcm (hopefully bills included).
Can share with anyone so long as common spaces are kept clean and tidy. I am quite flexible with and considerate of my flatmate's needs, and have had very successful past flatsharing experiences.
I'd like to meet potential flatmates beforehand and would appreciate prior viewings.
