Looking for a room to let

Hi my name is Talha. I’ve just recently graduated from Durham university with a degree in Law. I’m currently looking for a job however for the time being i’ve picked up a temp job to pay the bills. I like my room and house to be nice and tidy. I don’t drink so you wont have to worry about any loud parties or anything. I like to socialise with my house mates so it feels more like a home than just a place to crash.
