Looking for double room in London

I am looking for a double room in London. I’m open to different locations within Zone 1-2. Ideally North East zone 1-2.

Requirements:
- shared living room
- located on the ground floor or higher (no basement/ lower ground)
- ideally with lots of natural light
- good condition
- close to tube (within 10-12 min walk)
- furnished or partially unfurnished
- ideally in a budget of £1250 (rent and bills)
- female only preferably

About me: I'm 23 and originally from Poland, but I've been living in the UK for 4 years.

I work a 9-5 in Central London, hybrid with 2-3 days a week in the office. I’m in a long term relationship, so my partner will be coming over regularly.

I'm really into pilates and yoga, coffee, baking, books, concerts, and taking long walks and hikes. I'm sociable but not a big party person – I prefer a quiet night in, or occasionally going for a glass of wine. I'm very tidy, and I actually enjoy doing house chores and making the house a home.

I'm keen on hanging out and doing fun things together, but I also value and respect personal space and alone time.
