Looking for a buddy to share a home with

I'm Lota and I'm looking for a buddy to rent a flat with around Zone 1-3.

A bit about me:
- I work in Tech and have spent the last few years working in Financial Services in the Midlands
- My job is hybrid, so I spend about half my time in the office
- I love to cook 🍳, clean and keep a cozy welcoming home
- Friends describe me as kind, thoughtful, & respectful - so I'll always be mindful of your preferences and space
- I enjoy both socialising and having my own downtime. I'm into running, swimming, cycling, and going to the gym a few times a week 🏋🏾‍♂️
- I'm fairly new to London and don't have many friends yet, so I'm open to exploring and hanging out!
- Budget-wise, I'm flexible but aiming to keep all bills (rent, council, utilities) under £1500 pcm
- I'm flexible with the move-in date 🗓️, whether that's bringing it forward or delaying it a bit for the perfect place

What I'm looking for:
-Ideally, a two-bed flat in a modern building with lots of natural light ☀️ and a balcony 🌿
- Open to both furnished and unfurnished options
- I'd love a space that feels like home: tidy, cozy, fresh, organised, fun
- Having an en-suite room would be a big plus, but if only one room is en-suite, I'm happy to pay a larger share of the rent to make it fair

About you:
- I'm looking for a clean 🧼, fun and kind person to share the space with
- I'm completely fine with you having family, friends, or partners over, as long as it's done in a respectful and considerate way
- Ideally, we'd get along well and enjoy each other's company as friends
