Looking for a buddy to share a home with

I’m Lota, and I’m on the lookout for a friendly flatmate to share a place with somewhere in Zones 1-3.

A little about me:
• I work in Tech, splitting my time between home and the office (3 days).
• I enjoy cooking 🍳, keeping things clean, and creating a welcoming home.
• I’ll always be mindful of your space and preferences.
• Typically run/swim/cycle/gym a few times a week 🏋🏾‍♂️.
• My budget’s flexible, but I’d like to keep everything (rent + bills) under £1400 pcm.
• Flexible on the move-in date 🗓️

What I’m hoping for in a flat:
• Ideally, a two-bed in a modern building with lots of natural light ☀️ and maybe a balcony 🌿 for some fresh air.
• Open to both furnished and unfurnished flats.
• I’d love a homey space that’s tidy, and has a good vibe—somewhere we can both feel relaxed.
• An en-suite would be awesome, but if there’s only one available, I’m happy to pay a bit more for fairness.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:
• Someone who’s tidy, kind, and easygoing.
• Totally cool with you having friends, family, or a partner over, as long as we’re both considerate.
• It’d be great if we could get along and maybe even hang out sometimes, but no pressure—we can do our own thing too!
