My name is Laia and I am a PhD Research Fellow at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). I will be an Academic Visitor at Bath Spa University for three months, from 1 May to 31 July 2025. I specialise in the study of actresses and their representation of motherhood in audiovisual fiction.
Therefore, I am looking for a room that I can rent for that period of time in a home that is well connected to the city and the university by public transport. I would like to find a place where I can have a space to work from home.
I speak Catalan, English and Spanish. I like relaxed activities and a good sense of humour. I love cinema, literature, art and chocolate. I enjoy discovering new places and visiting exhibitions.
