I’m looking for a studio room or ensuit in a shared 2 bed room or maximum 3bedroom apartment . Ideally, the room should be spacious enough for a bed, desk, and wardrobe.
Must-Haves/Deal-Breakers:
Must-haves include access to a well-maintained kitchen and bathroom, Wi-Fi, and preferably a calm, respectful household. Non-smoking households are preferred, and I’d appreciate a location with good public transport links. A deal-breaker would be an unclean or noisy neighbour.
I also want bills inclusive in the cost.
