27yo looking for a new home in Seven Dials or Hove

I'm a 27yo remote worker looking for new flatmate(s)!
Currently in Brighton and have been for the last 4 years-ish, looking to move into a two or three bed share.

I will be working from home 4-5 days per week so need enough space for my WFH set up. I don't mind if this is in my room or in a common area as long as I have a fixed place.

I have a partner who's house I stay at often, he sometimes stays with me, usually once or twice a week.

I like cooking for flatmates/friends/my partner, going to the pub, being outside, live music, drawing, travelling, skiing. Looking for a housemate that will become a good friend, not just someone who lives in he same building as me (though I'd describe myself as a sociable introvert)
